### Billing, trial and compliance

- How does the built-in DNC and litigator check work? Every outbound call and SMS initiated from GrowOutly is automatically pre-cleared against the National DNC registry, State DNC databases, and our known TCPA litigator database in under 45ms. Any restricted number is blocked instantly before your rep or automation connects, keeping you safe from statutory TCPA penalties.
- Is there a contract or setup fee? No setup fee and no long-term contract. Plans are billed monthly and you can change or cancel your plan at any time from account settings.
- What happens if I use more than my allowance? Nothing stops working. Overage is billed at your plan rate for extra minutes, messages, and emails, and you can set a hard spend cap if you would rather be cut off than charged.
- Can I change plans later? Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep the allowance you already paid for.
- Do unused minutes roll over? Allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. If you consistently run out, the next plan up is usually cheaper than paying overage.
- How much do cold callers from the network cost? Network callers are billed separately from your subscription at a rate agreed per caller before they start. Rates vary by market and experience level.
- Do you offer a trial? Book a live demo and we will set up a trial workspace with a working number so you can dial a real list before you pay for anything.
- Customers are responsible for obtaining the consent required to call, text, and email the contacts they load into the platform, and for complying with the telemarketing and messaging laws of every market they sell into. See https://www.growoutly.com/legal/messaging-policy.

## GrowOutly for Support and the AI Agent

- [GrowOutly for Support: AI Phone Agent & Support Call Routing](https://www.growoutly.com/growoutly-for-support-teams): One support number. An AI Agent answers every call, and the right available person steps in when needed.
- The GrowOutly AI Agent is an AI phone agent (AI receptionist / AI answering service) that businesses create and train on their website, FAQs, policy documents, menu or product catalog, business hours, service areas, and custom instructions.
- AI Only mode: the AI Agent answers every call, responds to questions, takes orders and appointment bookings, captures any requirement, and emails the admin a summary so no request is missed.
- AI + Support mode: the AI Agent answers first and tries to resolve the issue. If it cannot, or the caller asks for a person, the call is routed to an available support agent with a summary of the conversation.
- Use cases: phone ordering for restaurants and food delivery, e-commerce orders and product questions, appointment booking for doctors, dentists, clinics, plumbers, salons, and home services, and general enquiries such as quotes and callback requests.
- Routing: availability-aware automatic call distribution (ACD), known-caller matching, skills and language rules, business hours, and overflow to a backup team, voicemail, or callback task.

## Blog

- [TCPA Compliance Software Features and Comparisons](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/tcpa-compliance-software-comparison): Score TCPA compliance software against the controls your program needs rather than a vendor ranking. Weight DNC screening, consent evidence, reassigned-number checks, cross-channel opt-out handling and audit logs, decide between a specialist layer, an integrated suite or both, and rehearse failure paths, because a platform should fail closed and leave a record a reviewer can reconstruct.
- [Inbound vs Outbound Calls: A Practical 2026 Guide](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/inbound-vs-outbound-calls): Inbound and outbound are two motions with different starting data, skills and scorecards, so measure each against its own KPIs rather than one shared set. Run your primary motion well first, use inbound signals to make outbound follow-up relevant without enrolling every caller in a campaign, and expand only when staffing and controls can support it.
- [Text or Email: How to Choose the Right Outreach Channel](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/text-or-email-outreach): Choose text or email by intent and audience, not habit. SMS suits reminders, confirmations and urgent follow-up, while email suits detail, proof and anything the reader needs to review or keep. Let one channel lead and the other support, collect consent separately for each, and send both from one consent record so messages never duplicate.
- [Voicemail Drop Software: What It Is and How to Use It Right](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/voicemail-drop-software): Run voicemail drop as a compliance workflow before a productivity one. Confirm consent for each campaign, log the call state, consent record and any opt-out for every drop, test how answering machine detection handles live answers, and make vendors demonstrate suppression and audit exports before reps use the feature.
- [Skills Based Call Routing Setup Guide](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/skills-based-call-routing): Treat skills-based routing as live policy rather than a tag list. Keep the skill taxonomy small and built around caller intent, use staged matching that relaxes precision as a call waits, measure transfers, abandonment and resolution rather than speed to answer alone, and design fallback paths for weak matches, exhausted capacity and human escalation.
- [Inbound Call Routing Software: A 2026 Buyer's Guide](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/inbound-call-routing-buyers-guide): Evaluate routing software on routing intelligence, queue analytics, IVR that ends cleanly and integrations that show context at answer. In the first week after launch, track offered, answered and abandoned calls and queue time by rule, not one blended average. Design escalation on purpose, and make the compliance gate block a contact before assignment.
- [Appointment Scheduling Calendar: How to Set It Up in 2026](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/appointment-scheduling-calendar): A scheduling calendar works when sync, follow-up and reminders run as one system. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 with buffers and out-of-office blocks to prevent double bookings, track latency from first click to booked meeting, confirm instantly, send reminders with a purpose, and keep SMS reminders consent-based with clear STOP handling.
- [Call Center Dialer Software Buyer's Guide 2026](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/call-center-dialer-software): Buy the dialer that can prove eligibility, not the one promising the most attempts. In a demo it should block restricted contacts before they ring, route live conversations to the right person with context, and keep calls, texts and outcomes on one record. Choose the least aggressive pacing mode that still supports your campaign.
- [Outbound Sales Software: A Practical Buyer's Guide](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/outbound-sales-software): Judge outbound sales software by the failures it prevents, not its product tour. Check data readiness, channel orchestration, two-way CRM sync, dialing mechanics between answered calls, and compliance that blocks risky outreach before it happens. Then decide how much of the cycle each rep owns, because that changes which software fits your team.
- [Full Cycle Sales: Complete Guide for Modern Teams](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/full-cycle-sales): Fewer handoffs are not automatically better; fewer unowned handoffs are. Keep one owner and one record while the work fits a rep's selling time, respond to inbound leads within five minutes, give each channel a distinct job, and hand stages off deliberately once prospecting, closing and onboarding exceed what one person can do well.
- [10 Auto Dialer for Real Estate Tools in 2026](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/auto-dialer-for-real-estate): Pick a real estate dialer by lead source. REDX and Vulcan7 suit agents calling expireds and FSBOs, multi-line dialers like Batch Dialer suit investor teams working owner lists, and GrowOutly suits teams wanting calling, SMS, CRM and compliance in one workspace. No dialer makes a stale list legal, so verify DNC status, calling hours and consent before you dial.
- [10 Sales Prospecting Software Picks for 2026](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/sales-prospecting-software): Choose prospecting software by the workflow it supports, not the size of its database. Apollo suits lean teams wanting data plus sequencing, ZoomInfo and Cognism suit account intelligence and EMEA coverage, Outreach and Salesloft suit repeatable execution, Clay suits bespoke enrichment, and GrowOutly suits teams needing scraping-to-dial speed with calling, SMS and compliance in one place.
- [10 TCPA Compliance Software Options for Outbound Teams](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/tcpa-compliance-software): No single tool covers TCPA compliance, so match each tool to the gate it provides: DNC and state suppression, consent evidence such as ActiveProspect TrustedForm, reassigned-number checks through the FCC database, Somos or TransUnion, and litigator screening through Blacklist Alliance or TCPA Litigator List. Software prevents mistakes, but it cannot create consent that was never collected.
- [TCPA Compliance Checklist for Outbound Teams](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/tcpa-compliance-checklist): A TCPA checklist only protects you when it runs as a control, not a policy document. Capture defensible consent, send every call and text through one pre-dial and pre-SMS decision service, honor revocation across channels, generate audit evidence automatically, and default to the stricter rule wherever state and federal requirements conflict.
- [7 Top Sales Engagement Platforms for 2026](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/best-sales-engagement-platforms): Pick the platform that removes the most friction from your outreach motion. Outreach and Salesloft suit enterprise cadence orchestration, Apollo suits data plus sequencing, Groove suits Salesforce-centred teams, HubSpot Sales Hub suits CRM-native engagement, VanillaSoft suits phone-first inside sales, and GrowOutly suits teams combining calling, SMS, inbound routing and CRM in one workspace.
- [10 Inbound Call Routing Software Options](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/inbound-call-routing-software): The best inbound routing platform is the one your team can configure, monitor and improve after launch. RingCentral, Dialpad, Aircall and Freshdesk suit teams wanting fast administration, while Five9, Talkdesk, Genesys and NICE CXone suit governed enterprise operations. Twilio Flex suits custom builds, and GrowOutly suits teams combining routing with outbound calling, CRM and SMS.
- [10 Call Recording Software Options for 2026](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/call-recording-software): Judge call recording software on governance rather than capture: consent notices, retention by queue and jurisdiction, transcript permissions and audit logs. Eleven U.S. states require all-party consent, so apply the strictest rule that touches each call. Talkdesk, Five9 and 8x8 suit contact-center QA, CallRail suits marketing attribution, and GrowOutly suits recording inside one calling workspace.
- [What Is TCPA Compliance and Why It Matters in 2026](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/what-is-tcpa-compliance): Compliance is a decision made before every call or text: confirm the consent covers this channel and purpose, check federal, state and internal do-not-call lists, honor any reasonable opt-out across channels, and keep evidence of each decision. Statutory damages start at $500 per violation and reach $1,500 when willful, so one error repeats across a campaign.
- [Power Dialer CRM: What It Is and How It Works](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/power-dialer-crm): A power dialer CRM is ready for serious outbound only if one call, one record and one consent trail stay in the same workflow. Prefer a native integration over sync jobs that lag at volume, judge it on revenue per compliant conversation rather than dials per hour, and pressure-test DNC, calling-hour and opt-out controls before you sign.
- [10 Business Calling Software Platforms Compared](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/business-calling-software): Choose business calling software by your dominant workflow, not feature count. A specialized dialer fits when outbound speed dominates, a UCaaS platform like RingCentral or Zoom Phone fits communications breadth, Dialpad fits AI coaching, Five9 or Talkdesk fit governed contact centers, and an integrated workspace like GrowOutly fits when fragmentation between tools is the real problem.
- [Power Dialer vs Predictive Dialer: The Smart Choice](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/power-dialer-vs-predictive-dialer): Choose a power dialer for sales-focused, regulated or relationship-driven teams that value conversation quality and control. Choose a predictive dialer only for large, high-volume operations with eight or more agents that can keep abandoned calls under the FCC's 3 percent limit. For most B2B teams, power dialing is the safer default.
- [10 B2B Prospecting Tools for Smarter Outreach](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/b2b-prospecting-tools): Build the smallest stack your workflow needs. ZoomInfo fits enterprise intelligence and governance, Cognism fits EMEA coverage and compliance, LinkedIn Sales Navigator fits professional-network research, Clay fits custom enrichment, and Lusha, UpLead or RocketReach fit fast contact lookups. Validate any provider by region and role before buying, and re-enrich active records about every 90 days.
- [USA Area Code 832: A Local Presence Guide for 2026](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/usa-area-code-832): Treat 832 as one of five interchangeable Houston codes rather than proof of where a caller is. Use 10-digit dialing and Central Time, verify a line's current subscriber status because pooled numbers get reassigned, make sure any local-presence line answers and returns callbacks, and run DNC and consent checks before every dial or text.
- [What Is a Sales Engagement Platform?](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/what-is-a-sales-engagement-platform): A sales engagement platform is the execution layer beside your CRM, running calls, emails, texts, sequences and booking from one contact timeline. Buy one when reps stitch tools together every day, and evaluate it on calling depth, cross-channel sequencing, CRM sync, compliance controls and whether it makes your current workflow shorter.
- [What Is a Power Dialer and How It Works for Sales Teams](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/what-is-a-power-dialer): Choose a power dialer when you want more conversations without giving up control. It suits B2B and regulated teams that work focused calling blocks, log every outcome to the CRM and want lower abandonment risk than predictive dialing. Judge vendors on CRM write-back and compliance controls, then on whether reps keep using it.
- [Close Sales Techniques That Actually Work](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/close-sales-techniques): Closing in outbound is a sequence, not a single line. Use assumptive, summary and alternative-choice closes, handle objections with LAER, and run a structured multi-touch follow-up, because around 80 percent of deals need five or more touches while 44 percent of reps stop after one. End every close with certainty about the next step and who owns onboarding.
- [10 Outbound Call Center Software Platforms](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/outbound-call-center-software): Define your dialing mode and agent workflow before you shortlist. Enterprise CCaaS suites like Five9, NICE CXone and Genesys fit regulated, high-volume programs, focused dialers like Kixie and PhoneBurner fit sales pods, and GrowOutly fits teams wanting dialing, lead sourcing, messaging, CRM and booking together. Pilot one campaign before expanding, and track usage against plan limits.
- [Cold Calling for Insurance: A Practical Playbook for 2026](https://www.growoutly.com/blog/cold-calling-for-insurance): Treat compliance as the first step of every insurance cold call, not a check afterwards. Run every record through a gate covering DNC, state rules, litigator screening and calling windows, build territory lists that are verified before they reach the dialer, open each call with a real trigger, and follow up across voicemail, SMS and email on a set cadence.
