Acceptable Use Policy
GrowOutly moves real phone calls and messages across carrier networks. Abuse damages deliverability for every customer, so these rules are enforced strictly.

1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses GrowOutly, including your employees, contractors, and any independent callers you grant access to. It forms part of our Terms of Service. You are responsible for the conduct of everyone using your account.
2. Prohibited content
Do not use GrowOutly to send, store, or promote:
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation of another person, business, or government body;
- High-risk financial schemes including advance-fee loans, debt-relief scams, cryptocurrency pump-and-dump promotions, and get-rich-quick offers;
- Illegal drugs, prescription medication sold without a prescription, or illegal weapons;
- Sexually explicit material, gambling where prohibited, or content harmful to minors;
- Hate speech, threats, harassment, stalking, or content promoting violence;
- Malware, spyware, or links to sites hosting them;
- Content that infringes another party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Contacting people without a lawful basis. Calling, texting, or emailing contacts you have no legal right to contact.
- Ignoring opt-outs. Continuing to contact anyone who has asked you to stop or is on a do-not-call list that applies to you.
- Caller ID spoofing. Displaying a number you do not own or control, or one intended to mislead the person you are calling.
- Number rotation to evade filtering. Cycling numbers to avoid spam labels, carrier blocks, or complaint thresholds.
- Unlawful recording. Recording calls without the notice or consent required in the jurisdictions involved.
- Reselling access. Sublicensing, reselling, or providing the platform as a service to third parties without a written agreement with us.
- Attacking the platform. Probing, scanning, circumventing rate limits, reverse engineering, or interfering with other customers’ use.
- Automated abuse. Using scripts or integrations to exceed fair-use limits or to generate artificial traffic.
4. Lead collection rules
The Google Maps lead tool collects business listing information that is published publicly: business name, category, address, phone number, website, hours, rating, and review count. You may not use GrowOutly to:
- Collect personal data about individuals from sources you have no right to use;
- Compile profiles of individuals for surveillance or harassment;
- Scrape any source in a way that breaches that source’s terms, technical protections, or applicable law.
You remain responsible for the lawfulness of every list you build, import, or buy and then load into the platform.
5. Traffic quality
Carriers judge our whole network by the traffic on it. We monitor aggregate quality signals and may act on accounts that generate:
- High spam-report or complaint rates on SMS;
- Abnormally short average call durations combined with very high dial volume;
- High rates of invalid or disconnected numbers, indicating an unvetted list;
- Repeated calls to the same number after a clear refusal;
- Email bounce or spam-complaint rates above industry norms.
These are not merely policy preferences: poor traffic quality gets numbers blocked and hurts every customer on the platform.
6. How we enforce this policy
Depending on severity we may:
- Contact you and ask you to fix the problem;
- Throttle sending, restrict a feature, or quarantine a campaign;
- Suspend the affected numbers or the account;
- Terminate the account and report the activity where the law requires it.
For serious or ongoing violations — fraud, unlawful calling patterns, or activity that threatens our carrier relationships — we may suspend immediately without prior notice. We aim to give notice and an opportunity to remedy wherever it is safe to do so.
7. Reporting abuse
If you have received an unwanted call or message from a GrowOutly customer, or you believe someone is abusing the platform, email support@growoutly.com with the number involved, the date and time, and the content if you have it. We investigate every report.
8. Related policies
Channel-specific rules for voice and SMS are set out in our Calling & Messaging Policy. Your broader contractual obligations are in the Terms of Service.
