What caller ID shows on a forwarded call?

Your business number, the one the customer dialed, so a forwarded call reads as a work call on your phone. The customer's own number is kept in the GrowOutly call log.

Do forwarded calls use my calling minutes?

Yes. Forwarded calls draw on your plan's calling minutes. If the workspace runs out, calls ring in GrowOutly instead of being forwarded.

Can one number ring several people?

Forwarding sends each number to one phone. To share calls across a team, keep the number in GrowOutly and let incoming call routing send each call to an available agent.
