Ring three leads at once and talk to whoever answers first
The Parallel Dialer calls two or three people from your list at the same time and puts the first one who answers straight through to you. The other lines are cancelled the moment someone picks up, so reps spend the hour in conversations instead of listening to rings and voicemail greetings.

Inside Parallel Dialer
The details that decide whether a feature actually gets used every day.
No dead air after hello
You sit in one live call for the whole session, and each round's leads are invited into it. Whoever answers first is already on the line with you, so there is no connection delay for them to hang up on.
Two or three lines, your choice
Choose how many leads ring per round, up to three. Fewer lines means fewer people answering at the same moment, which is the trade-off that matters most in parallel dialing.
Screened before anything rings
Every round is checked against the national and state Do Not Call registries, your own do-not-call flags, and an attempt cap that stops one number being rung more than twice a day by default.
A courteous message for a second answer
If two people pick up at once, the one you can't take hears your company name and a callback number instead of silence. You can write the wording yourself.
Four steps, start to finish
No integration project, no implementation partner. Most teams have this running the same afternoon.
Pick a list
Start from any lead list in GrowOutly and choose two or three lines per round.
Start the session
You join one live call. Each round screens its leads first, then rings the ones that pass together.
Talk to the first answer
The first person who picks up is connected to you at once and the other lines are cancelled. A line cut off before it had a fair chance to ring goes back in the queue for another try.
Keep moving through the list
Each lead's result is written to its call history and status as it happens, and the next round starts when you are ready.
What changes for your team
This is what customers tell us actually shifted after they moved this workflow into GrowOutly.
Up to three leads rung in the time one call used to take
No dead air between a lead's hello and your reply
No number called more often than your attempt cap allows, however many lists it is on
Every skipped lead shown with its reason, from a DNC match to a recent call
Parallel Dialer, answered
A parallel dialer calls several numbers at the same time for one rep and connects the first person who answers. GrowOutly rings up to three leads per round, puts the first live answer through to a rep who is already on the call, and cancels the other lines.
No. A predictive dialer dials ahead of reps who are not free yet, betting on the answer rate. GrowOutly's parallel dialer only dials for a rep who is already on the call, with at most three lines ringing for them.
It can, when two people answer at once and the rep can only take one. GrowOutly limits each round to three lines and plays the second person your company name and callback number. US rules cap abandoned calls at 3% of live answers per campaign over 30 days, so start with two lines and review how often a round produces more than one answer.
Set an attempt cap. By default the parallel dialer rings a number at most twice in 24 hours, however many lists it is on or how often a session restarts. You can change both values in settings and reset a single lead when you need to call it again.
